Senior Multiplayer Programmer (UE5)
Job Description
Edison Smart are partnered with a growing studio developing a competitive, multiplayer third-person shooter built in Unreal Engine 5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize multiplayer gameplay systems in UE5
- Implement efficient client-server architecture and data replication
- Tackle network performance, bandwidth usage, and latency issues
- Collaborate with designers and engineers on gameplay features
- Profile and debug using UE tools (e.g. Net Profiler, stat net)
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Unreal Engine and C++
- Strong knowledge of multiplayer networking and replication systems
- Experience with high-concurrency servers and network optimization
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work on-site
