About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Community Manager to oversee and enhance the living experience across our premium residential communities. This individual will be the face of community engagement, responsible for fostering a strong sense of belonging, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring world-class service delivery in line with the developers brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Community Engagement & Experience
- Build and nurture strong relationships with residents, owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute community engagement programs, events, and initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Act as the primary liaison between residents and management to resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally.
- Operational & Administrative Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the community including facilities, amenities, and service providers.
- Monitor and manage service quality, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with facilities management, security, landscaping, and housekeeping teams for seamless service delivery.
- Financial & Commercial Oversight
- Manage community budgets including service charges, collections, and cost control measures.
- Support in drafting and reviewing vendor contracts, ensuring value for money and alignment with service standards.
- Contribute to revenue-generating initiatives within the community (e.g., retail activations, events, sponsorships).
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of community executives, customer service staff, and outsourced service providers.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure professional growth of team members.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare periodic reports on community performance, occupancy, satisfaction levels, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, RERA/DED guidelines, and community management standards.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Hospitality, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 812 years of progressive experience in community management, real estate, or property management in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong understanding of RERA, OA (Owners Association) laws, and community regulations in the UAE.
- Proven ability in resident engagement, conflict resolution, and service excellence.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and service charges.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
