Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with delivery, product, and technical teams
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction
  • Resolve client issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or similar role
  • Experience in IT services, software solutions, or technology sales is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent relationship management and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Knowledge of the UAE or GCC market
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and digital solutions
