Job Title: Merchandiser (FMCG / Retail)

Job Description:

We are currently looking to hire dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandisers to support our retail operations across key locations. The role involves ensuring excellent in-store execution, product visibility, and availability across assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper product placement, shelf organization, and brand visibility as per company guidelines
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store teams to maintain optimum availability
• Implement planograms and ensure compliance across all assigned outlets
• Execute in-store promotions, displays, and POSM installations
• Conduct regular store visits and maintain strong relationships with store staff
• Report daily activities, stock levels, and competitor insights to the supervisor
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of shelves and display areas

Requirements:

• Previous experience in merchandising or retail (FMCG preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple outlets
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
• Valid driving license (preferred)
