Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team. The Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process under the guidance of HR recruiters and recruiting sourcing team.
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen incoming resumes and applications; shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and interview panels regarding interview details and confirm all requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and ensuring they accurately reflect job responsibilities and requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire).
- Assist in the completion of the full recruitment cycle , ensure completion of all paperwork to fulfill joining formalities and that all recruitment activities confirm to UAE Labour laws and assist with the training and orientation programs for new hires
- Assist with on the onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork and orientation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide administrative support to the wider HR team as needed, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Administrator, HR Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
