About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our marketing function. This is a standalone role, offering a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in marketing who is ready to step up, take initiative, and make a real impact.
You'll be responsible for shaping and delivering Magna's marketing activity across digital channels, working closely with internal teams but ultimately owning the direction and execution. This is a full-time, permanent position and not open to freelancers or part-time applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and others
- Creating and publishing content, from short-form posts to longer-form pieces
- Monitoring engagement and tracking performance to continuously improve output
- Supporting and managing paid campaigns across channels like Google and Meta
- Coordinating email marketing campaigns and client communications
- Keeping website content up to date and aligned with our brand
- Working with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather content and maintain consistency
- Supporting wider brand and marketing initiatives as the business grows
- Previous experience in a marketing role where you've had hands-on responsibility
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to bring ideas forward and execute them
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with email marketing platforms, analytics tools, or content creation (including video or design) would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Photography or video editing skills are a plus
