Head of Finance - French Co.
Job Description
We are exclusively partnering with a leading food & hospitality company in the B2B space, looking to appoint a French-speaking Head of Finance to lead their finance function in Dubai.
This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of the business, working closely with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, support expansion plans, and build a best-in-class finance operation.
The Role:
You will take full ownership of the finance function, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team while ensuring strong financial governance and operational control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end finance operations including FP&A, reporting, compliance, and controls
- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve profitability and cost efficiency
- Provide clear financial insights to support decision-making and business growth
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, processes, and reporting frameworks
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow, and working capital optimization
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent French speaker (non-negotiable)
- Currently based in Dubai or open to relocating immediately
- 10–15+ years of experience in finance, with a strong track record in leadership roles
- Background in food, FMCG, or hospitality sectors is highly preferred
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in high-growth or transformation environments is a plus
