Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of digital systems, platforms, and data across newly acquired or merged

• Ensure digital tools and platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS) are aligned with XRGs enterprise

• Drive automation and data-driven decision-making across M&A processes.
• Manage digital documentation, workflows, and reporting tools to support transaction transparency

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between digital, legal, finance, and business units during M&A

• Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and reports to communicate progress, risks, and

• Coordinate workshops, working sessions, and periodic updates with internal and external

stakeholders.

• Actively contribute to the organization&aposs digital transformation initiatives by aligning technology

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, industry experts, and
