We are seeking a highly driven Supplier Operations Manager to join a leading industrial group in the UAE. The selected candidate will play a critical role in overseeing supplier performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting strategic supply chain goals across regional and international operations.
Key responsibilities- Lead and implement industrial performance analysis across key supplier networks
- Monitor and analyze supplier KPIs (on-time delivery, quality, cost, etc.)
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective and improvement plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams
- Ensure supplier compliance with contractual and quality standards
- Contribute to strategic supply chain and operational efficiency projects
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for executive review

Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in supplier performance, industrial operations, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical background with experience in KPI reporting and root cause analysis
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
