Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Supervisor to support day-to-day financial operations. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.The candidate will assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoices, payments, and expense tracking
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Assist in monthly and year-end financial reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 13 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of accounting software (Zoho) is mandate
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
