SOL Properties Developments, a premier luxury Real Estate developer in Dubai, is hiring for the role of **Senior Architect** to contribute to the design and execution of high-end projects.
Position: Senior Architect
**Responsibilities**- Conduct feasibility studies and present findings to management
- Review and manage architectural designs from concept to detail
- Supervise on-site architectural work for compliance and quality
- Implement quality assurance and conduct site inspections
- Ensure design intent is accurately executed on-site
- Lead consultant teams in reviewing technical submissions
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with stakeholders
- Manage conflicts between trades during construction
- Bachelors in Architecture
- 15+ years of experience with consultants or developers
- Proven portfolio in high-rise and luxury residential projects
- Expertise in architectural design from concept to detailed design
- Expertise in material finishes and specifications
- Skilled in reviewing construction submissions (materials, shop drawings, method statements)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and project management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360
