JOB PURPOSE:
Plans and coordinates the Pressure Pumping projects including reviewing and studying drilling operational/engineering processes and reports. Coordinates the planning and execution of the company's Pressure Pumping technology and business development.
Plans, conducts and supervises Pressure Pumping activities.
Reviews progress and evaluates results.
Plans and assigns personnel for given Pressure Pumping projects or tasks.
Recommends changes in Pressure Pumping procedures.
Reviews progress with Manager, Pressure Pumping Tech./Sales.
Maintains pumping units, auxiliary equipment and mixing equipment in good condition and ready for use.
Ensures supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job.
Conducts pre-mobilisation equipment checks, pre-job, post job checks as required, keep worksite clean and tidy.
Prepares all pre-job calculations, prepare and agree pre-job plan with clients on site representative.
Attends Pre-job and Post- Job briefings with Sales and Operations staff and client representatives.
Ensures products and services are of highest quality.
Handles special projects, as assigned.
Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.
6 years' field experience, in pressure pumping.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Plans and coordinates the Pressure Pumping projects including reviewing and studying drilling operational/engineering processes and reports. Coordinates the planning and execution of the company's Pressure Pumping technology and business development.
Coordinates the preparation of the pressure pumping budget, controls expenditure and justifies variances.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Job Specific Accountabilities
Conducts research, designs, develops and executes phases of Pressure Pumping projects. Plans, conducts and supervises Pressure Pumping activities.
Reviews progress and evaluates results.
Plans and assigns personnel for given Pressure Pumping projects or tasks.
Recommends changes in Pressure Pumping procedures.
Reviews progress with Manager, Pressure Pumping Tech./Sales.
Maintains pumping units, auxiliary equipment and mixing equipment in good condition and ready for use.

Provides front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.
Liaises with offshore client representatives, promote Company products and services, seeks new business opportunities Handles special projects, as assigned.
Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.
Performs other similar or related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualification
BSc in an engineering discipline, or equivalent.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills 6 years' field experience, in pressure pumping.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Good computer knowledge.
