Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager Security & Crisis Management Training to join the resorts Security team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are
  • Make independent decisions under pressure as a subject matter expert.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain strong ties with emergency services.
  • Conduct benchmark studies and operational reviews to identify gaps and adopt best practices.
  • Recommend and implement technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and strategic objectives with measurable KPIs.
  • Optimize manpower and equipment schedules aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and submit purchase orders in line with operational planning.
  • Design modern, compliant documentation to support operational accuracy.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of security and crisis management training programs.
  • Supervise training teams and Field Training Officers (FTOs), ensuring policy compliance.
  • Maintain accurate training records and certification tracking for all staff.
  • Identify training gaps and implement targeted improvement strategies.
  • Coordinate department-wide training, including onboarding, shadowing, and refresher sessions.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, guest speakers, and supply inventory.
  • Conduct CPR/AED and First Aid training and oversee recertification and sustainment programs.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and delivering security training programs.
  • Preferred: Experience working in the UAE and prior role as a security or field trainer.
  • Preferred: Arabic-speaking candidate for bilingual communication.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in project management, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Skilled in public speaking and confident interacting with executive leadership.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptable to shift-based work schedules.
