As a Sales Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace based in Dubai, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.
In this role, your impact on the company will be significant. Your ability to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and effectively communicate product benefits will contribute to Honeywell's growth and strengthen its position in the aerospace market.
Responsibilities- Responsible for achieving AOP across assigned accounts
- Drive demand firming.
- Use SFDC and data analytics to build account plans that focus on driving growth on assigned accounts
- Ensure Customer Relationship Management Process is applied to customers within assigned territory
- Ensure applicable pursuit campaign management is applied for new product offerings and services introduced to the region;
- Opportunity identification facilitated trough constant customer interactions, seminars, customer visits, trade shows and events
- Engage with channel partners in the region to have them upselling upgrades
- Team with C&PS and Aftermarket CBT Business Manager to present a simple way of doing business with our customers.
- Work with the Sales Excellence team for all SFDC related inputs, deal approvals and sales training.
- Daily engagement with senior management as well as frequent briefings to Honeywell senior leadership
- Provide input to AOP and STRAP process.
- Bachelor's degree (industry equivalent qualification plus demonstrated experience in sales)
- Aerospace industry experience with track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent verbal and Written communication skills
- Highly self motivated
- Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Sense of ownership and accountability
- Outstanding organizational skills with ability to prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
