Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the leadership team of a leading real estate developer. The role demands a proactive individual with strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills, capable of multitasking in a high-pressure environment.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to the executives, ensuring seamless daily operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the executives calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other business documentation.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient meeting preparation.

Travel Management:

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Ensure all travel-related documentation is prepared and available.

Data Handling & Research:

  • Conduct research and compile data for decision-making purposes.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and correspondence.

Operational Support:

  • Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in project management and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with departments to streamline workflow and resolve issues promptly.
