Job Description

CICC is seeking ambitious and globally minded trainees to join our Marketing & Management Staff Training & Employment Program. This 3-month remote program is designed to prepare selected candidates for full-time roles within our global marketing team, starting in January 2026.

As a Trainee, you will:

Participate in intensive online training led by international marketing experts

Gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, event promotion, and client engagement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-world projects

Receive mentorship and structured career development support

Requirements:

Recent graduate or early-career professional

Passion for marketing, media, or communications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and eager to learn

Comfortable with remote collaboration and digital tools
