Responsibilities- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets while maximizing profitability and business growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand engagement
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store team members to ensure high levels of productivity and performance
- Lead and motivate the team to create a positive, customer-focused shopping experience
- Maintain the store's visual presentation and ensure compliance with brand merchandising standards
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve business objectives
- Ensure smooth store operations while maintaining company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in retail store management- Previous experience in sportswear, footwear, or fashion retail is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, team management, and sales-driving capabilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles.
