We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Supervisor Assistant to support the Operations Supervisor in managing the daily activities across all Cloud Kitchen branches. This role acts as a key operational link between the ground teams and senior management, ensuring that standards, processes, and performance targets are consistently met.The ideal candidate has hands-on cloud kitchen experience, is proficient with Supy and ERP platforms, and thrives in a fast-paced multi-branch environment.
Key Responibilities- Operational Support & Branch Coordination
▸ Assist the Operations Supervisor in conducting daily branch visits to ensure smooth, standard-compliant operations
▸ Monitor branch activities and flag deviations from SOPs for immediate correction
▸ Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to support decision-making
▸ Follow up on action items from operations meetings and ensure timely closure- Supy & ERP System Management
▸ Operate and maintain Supy for procurement, inventory tracking, and supplier management
▸ Enter and validate purchase orders, goods received notes, and wastage reports on Supy
▸ Liaise with branch teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry across all systems
▸ Generate Supy-based cost and inventory reports and share findings with the Supervisor
▸ Support ERP system usage across branches for POS, stock, and reporting- Financial & Cost Control Assistance
▸ Track daily food cost percentages and contribution margins per branch
▸ Assist in auditing operational reports and cross-checking figures for accuracy and budget alignment
▸ Flag cost overruns, unusual wastage, or payroll anomalies to the Operations Supervisor
▸ Support monthly P&L reviews and budget tracking activities- Procurement & Supply Chain Support
▸ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely, quality delivery of all commodities
▸ Monitor par levels across branches and raise purchase orders as needed via Supy
▸ Evaluate supplier delivery accuracy and report discrepancies
▸ Maintain up-to-date supplier pricing lists and support contract renewals- Quality, Hygiene & Compliance
▸ Conduct branch audits covering food & beverage quality, hygiene, grooming, and POS accuracy
▸ Ensure all branches adhere to food safety standards and company SOPs at all times
▸ Document audit findings and escalate critical compliance issues promptly
▸ Support corrective action plans to address recurring non-conformities- Guest Experience & Complaint Handling
▸ Monitor guest feedback platforms and escalate complaints to the Supervisor for resolution
▸ Track complaint trends and support root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence
▸ Assist in ensuring a responsive, guest-centered service culture across all branches- Menu & Product Support
▸ Support menu rollout coordination between kitchen, marketing, and operations teams
▸ Assist in monitoring recipe adherence, portion control, and presentation standards
▸ Collect menu performance data for Supervisor review and engineering decisions- Reporting & Administrative Tasks
▸ Prepare structured operational and performance reports for senior management
▸ Maintain organized records of audits, incidents, supplier communications, and KPIs
▸ Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-up communications on behalf of the Supervisor
▸ Assist in aligning branch activities with marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
▸ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
▸ Relevant certifications in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or Operations are a plus
Experience
▸ 2–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with hands-on Cloud Kitchen experience strongly preferred
▸ Prior experience using Supy for inventory, procurement, or cost tracking is required
▸ Experience with ERP/POS systems like SUPY is highly desirable
▸ Background in multi-branch or multi-concept F&B operations is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
▸ Strong proficiency in Supy and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
▸ Knowledge of SOPs, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards
▸ Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills
▸ Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and detail
▸ Effective communicator in English; Arabic is a plus
▸ Flexible, presentable, and able to travel between branches as required
