About The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Trade Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and optimise our clients trading experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we understand our clients trading habits, the products they are looking for and what we can do to improve outcomes for them.
What You'll be Doing- Reporting - Run daily, weekly & monthly reports on trading related activities
- Trade Assistance - act as an intermediary between clients to facilitate trades
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, market makers, and counterparties.
- Market Coverage & Intelligence - Monitor order books, liquidity flows, and spreads across products.
- Maintain high standards of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- 3-5 years in trade operations, preferably in a crypto exchange, brokerage or traditional finance firm
- Strong verbal and written abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders in the UAE market.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving business growth.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
