Were seeking a Sales Coordinator to join a well-established design and build company in Abu Dhabi. This is an office-based role where youll be at the heart of the sales operation, supporting the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What youll be doing:
- Acting as the link between the sales team and other departments
- Updating and maintaining CRM records (Pipedrive) accurately
- Chasing the sales team to keep deals moving and ensuring follow-ups are completed
- Preparing reports and handling basic sales administration
- Supporting the sales team to help them close more deals
What were looking for:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence and energy able to chase, co-ordinate and motivate
- Fluency in English
- A proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales support/admin experience preferred
- Must already be based in Abu Dhabi (office-based role, 6 days a week, 8am5pm)
