Job Description
Film and edit videos of residential properties and campaigns.
Manage all aspects of video production, from concept to final edit.
Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Edit and optimize video content for online platforms and social media.
Manage video projects from pre-production to post-production.
Create engaging and professional videos that tell a story.
Set up and operate cameras and lighting equipment.
Edit footage to create compelling visual narratives.
Colour grade and enhance video quality.
Review final cuts with the manager to ensure complete success.
Take pictures for new joiners.
Stay informed about the latest trends in the real estate market.
Attend open houses or property events for event coverage.
Perform routine maintenance on video equipment.
Assist the listing team with shooting and photo editing.
Shoot pictures for listings.
Create virtual tours.
Edit PDF files.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma's in Film, Video Production, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in video production.
Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and photography skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects).
Knowledge of real estate industry trends and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest video production techniques.
The candidate should be prepared to address the following challenges: camera overheating, last-minute tasks, poor midday lighting, cramped workspace, delayed approvals, and irregular commissions. They should have strategies to overcome these obstacles and ensure efficient and high-quality video production.
