Dubai - Area Sales Manager

Kinetic has partnered with a leading electrical manufacturing company that is hiring an Area Sales Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Lead and execute the sales initiative within the assigned regions.
- Monitor competitor activities and conduct research to support strategic decision-making and commercial planning.
- Manage distributors by providing guidance and conducting regular business reviews.
- Conduct customer visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and become the point of contact for the assigned market.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in an electrical manufacturing company in the UAE.
- Strong network and customer base within the UAE.
- UPS experience is a must; cooling products experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
