Job Description

Our client, a High-Profile Government Organisation in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Creative Designer who can elevate visual storytelling to the next level. This individual should be able to transform ideas into captivating, on-brand designs that resonate with audiences at every level.

What youll do:

• Design visually striking and impactful presentations for a variety of stakeholders.
• Create and refine graphics, illustrations, and visual assets that bring content to life.
• Build and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Lead collaborations with external design studios, ensuring creative output meets the highest standards.
• Oversee traditional design tasks while keeping an eye on emerging trends.
• Conduct regular brand audits to safeguard brand integrity.
• Facilitate internal workshops to strengthen presentation design skills across the team.

What youll bring:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in a similar creative role.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPointyou know how to make slides engaging and persuasive.
• Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Fluent in Arabic and English, able to produce polished bilingual designs.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead projects end-to-end.
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines, with occasional flexibility outside regular hours.
