Role Overview
The Sales Closer will be responsible for converting qualified inbound leads from Ecomma's Build Your Own (BYO) program into paying clients. This role requires a confident closer who can manage short, high-velocity sales cycles in the $5K$30K range while maintaining a professional, consultative approach.The ideal candidate will be sharp, persuasive, and able to adapt quickly to Ecomma's unique private-equity-driven e-commerce environment.
This position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and will work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers from lead generation to signed clients.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound leads from Ecomma's Build Your Own program from qualification to close.
- Conduct structured sales calls to identify client needs, explain Ecomma's BYO offering, and secure commitments.
- Follow up on leads via email, WhatsApp, and calls with persistence and professionalism.
- Manage CRM records, pipeline updates, and follow-up cadences.
- Coordinate with Operations for post-sale onboarding and delivery.
- Report weekly performance metrics including conversion rate, deal size, and revenue.
- Provide feedback to marketing and leadership on lead quality and campaign results.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Ecomma's services, case studies, and client success stories.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales scripts and processes to improve close rates.
- Proven experience in B2B or high-ticket sales ($5K$50K range), ideally in digital services, marketing, SaaS, or agency environments.
- Strong communication and closing skills persuasive, structured, and empathetic.
- Comfortable with fast-paced, remote-first work environments.
- Confident with CRM tools and digital communication platforms (HubSpot, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience in e-commerce, agency sales, or digital consulting.
- Familiarity with international client markets (UAE, Europe, or US).
- Track record of hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
