Role Overview

We're looking for Real Estate Brokers who are proactive, target-driven, and know how to build and manage their own pipeline.

This role suits professionals who can develop strong client relationships, generate consistent business, and confidently guide clients from initial enquiry through to closing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow your property listings and client portfolio
  • Conduct property viewings and client consultations
  • Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
  • Negotiate and close transactions across sales and leasing
  • Handle documentation and ensure smooth deal execution
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business

Requirements
  • Dubai real estate experience preferred or any sales background ( banking, luxury automotive )
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market (preferred)
  • Proven ability to succeed in a commission-based, target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Professional presentation and strong client-facing skills
  • UAE driving license preferred
