As a Real Estate Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our office&aposs administrative tasks, enhancing our client relationships, and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. You will be directly involved in handling inquiries, managing client databases, and supporting our sales team with high-level administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new leads and maintain engagement with existing clients.
• Promptly manage and respond to incoming leads from social media and other platforms.
• Assist in preparing, managing, and overseeing real estate contracts.
• Maintain and update property listings on various portals including Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
• Ensure effective communication between clients, agents, and team members.
• Handle administrative duties including filing for VAT, managing WPS processes, complying with AML regulations, data entry, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Administrator.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with lead management software.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.
