Job Description:
Our client is a diversified UAE-based group with complex financing structures and ongoing investment activity. The organisation is strengthening its capital management and treasury discipline.
The Role
The Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury will oversee group treasury operations, funding strategy, and capital structure management. This role will manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and banking relationships. A key mandate will be supporting refinancing, new funding, and investment initiatives.The role will also oversee financial risk management, including FX and interest rate exposure. Close collaboration with CFOs and executive leadership is required.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have senior finance leadership experience in treasury or corporate finance. Strong exposure to funding structures, banking relationships, and financial risk management is essential. Experience in the UAE or regional markets is highly preferred.The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical capability and executive communication skills. Professional finance qualifications are expected.
