Overview

Currently we are hiring for the role of Structural Engineer.

Industry: Experience with villas, hospitality, residential projects. Middle East experience is required.

• Oversee and coordinate structural inspection activities on site
• Analyze project documents, codes, and standards to ensure contractor compliance
• Supervise and guide a team of inspectors with a hands-on leadership approach
• Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
• Conduct audits and support QA/QC processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Resolve technical issues alongside the Project Engineer and Design Team
• Raise and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and drive issue resolution
• Attend coordination meetings and progress reviews, offering expert insights
• Support snagging, handover, and project closure with a focus on quality
• Maintain detailed reporting of site progress, activities, and structural challenges
• Monitor health and safety standards and intervene if unsafe practices are observed

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master’s or post-graduate preferred)
• Membership in a recognized engineering institution (e.g., CEng, PE) is an advantage
• 7 years of experience in structural supervision and design on large-scale projects in the Middle East/UAE
• Proven track record with high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Deep knowledge of structural design, codes, materials, and construction methodology
• Strong documentation skills including reports, drawings, NCRs, and change records
• Team leadership experience with the ability to coordinate effectively across disciplines
• Ability to interpret complex technical issues and provide practical, timely solutions
