- Building and evolving AI-centric knowledge frameworks that amplify team understanding
- Engaging in direct, high-impact collaboration with our founder to refine and strengthen product direction
- Wrestling with Jira boards or velocity metrics - we need strategy, not status updates
- Navigating corporate hierarchies - you&aposll have direct access to decision-makers

Head Of AI Product Development Key Responsibilities
Transform visionary ideas into actionable product strategy that unifies teams, illuminates decisions, and pioneers the evolution of AI-enhanced learning.
Basic Requirements- 6+ years of strategic leadership in product, consulting, or business development, with proven executive collaboration
- Recent track record as Senior PM, Strategy Lead, or Chief of Staff in a founder-led, high-growth environment
- Masterful ability to convert abstract vision into concrete product direction with compelling positioning
- Hands-on experience partnering with founders in fast-paced startup environments
- Demonstrated success in driving product strategy through powerful written communication
- Natural comfort with ambiguity and rapid evolution - process-followers need not apply
- Deep AI expertise - practical experience with LLMs, MCP, agentic systems, and orchestration frameworks
- Outstanding communication skills with emphasis on written strategic documentation
- Ability to align 2-3 hours daily with U.S. time zones

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.The payment period is weekly.
