Job Description
Customer Service Administrator provides daily operational and administrative support to the MEA Lifecycle Services team. The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic individual capable of managing service administration activities efficiently while coordinating with internal teams and customers.
Key responsibilities include overseeing customer care functions across the MEA region, managing and coordinating the order-to-cash process for MSOL Lifecycle Field Services, and supporting contract management activities to ensure smooth service execution and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities- Supporting the Regional Coordinators with timely Customer portal uploads/submission
- Assign field jobs to service engineers in Oracle service cloud.
- Assigning Engineers on clarity based on the schedule request from Service Managers
- Mailbox management and assigning orders in CRM
- Update CRM Entries for Order booking
- Meet or exceed the Orders service levels. Desired service level to book and acknowledge field services tier (0) orders is 1 day from receiving customer request/PO
- Update projects financials based on the cost reports made available each period by finance department.
- Screen customers using Amber Road screening.
- Carry out new customer registration in the respective business systems as required.
- Submit final invoices with supporting documents (signed time sheets & Engineers expenses) to customer.
- Review debriefed jobs submitted by field service engineers, approve field Jobs and close service requests in OSC with support of field service area manager.
- 01 year Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering
- Knowledgeable of business systems (Oracle, CRM, etc.)
- Strong computer skills (MS Office and other engineering software)
- Must be proficient in the English language
