Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – Solar EPC with strong expertise in the Middle East market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end solar EPC sales, from lead generation to project closure, and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and sales for solar EPC projects across the Middle East
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in C&I and utility-scale segments
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop tailored solar solutions
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and ensure alignment with client requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in solar EPC sales (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of solar EPC business models, project execution, and pricing
• Proven track record in closing solar projects in the Middle East
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

• Existing network within the Middle East solar industry
• Knowledge of regional regulations and tendering processes
• Experience with large-scale commercial or utility solar projects
