Legal Counsel - Commercial (EMEA)

Job Description

This is a high-impact in-house Legal Counsel position based in Dubai, supporting business operations across the EMEA region and beyond. You will partner closely with stakeholders to deliver pragmatic legal advice across commercial, IP, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including supply, distribution, and marketing contracts
• Provide legal advice to global marketing teams, particularly on licensing and brand partnerships
• Manage and protect the global trademark portfolio, including registrations and enforcement
• Support compliance programmes and advise on risk management across multiple jurisdictions
• Lead or support dispute resolution matters across the EMEA region
• Contribute to strategic projects including new market entry and M&A activity
• Improve legal processes, templates, and deliver training to internal stakeholders

• Minimum 5-7 years PQE in-house or within private practice
• Strong commercial legal experience, including exposure to intellectual property/trademarks
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently within a multicultural, international business
