About the Job- Lead, train, and schedule beach attendants, lifeguards, and other staff to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, resolving issues to maximize guest satisfaction and positive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, regulations, and beach rules, conduct routine safety checks, and collaborate with lifeguards to monitor beach conditions and respond to emergencies.
- Track and manage inventory for beach supplies and equipment, place orders as necessary, and ensure the availability of essential items for both guests and staff.
- Work closely with other related service providers to provide seamless beach services.
- Maintain records of daily operations, incidents, and guest interactions; prepare reports for management as needed.
- Develop and implement new ideas for beach activities, special events, and services to enrich guest experiences.
