Job Description

Position Overview

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a personalized and memorable stay. You will welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs, resolve concerns with care, and create lasting impressions that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, promotions, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Handle VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasions with personalized attention and care.
  • Ensure guest profiles and preferences are accurately recorded in the system for future reference.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing amenities, room set-ups, or surprises for special occasions.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service at all times.
  • Promote loyalty programs and upsell hotel services to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-player mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems (Opera or similar PMS) preferred.
