Assistant Sales Manager - Dubai

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets, expanding our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Manage and grow relationships with key clients and partners.
• Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales team.
• B2B Sales experience is must.
• Real Estate experience is must.
• Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client solutions.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the sales team.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively.

Budget and compensation:

Salary: Base pay upto 4500 AED + commission

Qualifications:

• Candidates with visit visa, own visa and freelance visa are only preferred.
• 6 months - 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Candidates from any industry with B2B sales experience are most welcome.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
