3D Architectural Visualizer Mid-Senior Level

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You will work closely with our design team to transform sketches and CAD drawings into captivating renders that accurately showcase what the final constructed result would be.

Requirements:

• Create high-quality, photo realistic 3D renderings of exterior and interior architectural designs
• Collaborate with designers and architects to understand project requirements
• Provide input on lighting, textures, and materials to the rest of the team to enhance visual appeal of all work delivered.
• Work across multiple projects and meet project deadlines
• Communicate progress to chief architect and designers
• Ensure that final renderings are accurate and meet the designers' objectives
• Stay current on industry trends and new software tools
• Must be able to work as part of a team or independently

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit
• Twinmotion/D5, Vray, Corona Render or Arnold (Candidates with the ability to use Twinmotion/D5 will be considered first)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and good aesthetic sense of lighting and style
• Ability to work across multiple projects
• Creative and a problem-solver
• Candidates with prior experience in visualizing luxury details or large scale projects will be prioritized
• Understanding of post-production for still renders and video
• Knowledge of CGI video rendering
