About the Company

We are a fintech platform providing secure virtual cards for media buyers and advertisers. We operate two core products serving a global client base across performance marketing, affiliate marketing, and digital advertising. We're at a stage of active growth and building the marketing infrastructure to match.

About the Position

We're looking for a senior marketing leader to structure, own, and scale the marketing function across both products. You'll work directly with the C-suite, manage an existing team, and be responsible for strategy, execution, and measurable growth - not just coordination.

• Build and execute half-year and annual marketing strategies
• Define and track KPIs across performance, lead generation, and team productivity
• Lead weekly planning, monitor execution, and deliver monthly reporting
• Systemize the lead acquisition and lead management flow
• Identify growth opportunities, test new channels, and scale what works

• 5+ years in digital marketing with proven strategic and team leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with Affiliate Marketing and paid performance channels (Google, Meta)
• Strong analytical skills - fluent with dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
• Proficiency with AI tools applied to marketing workflows
• PR and partnership management experience is a plus
• Russian language is a huge plus
