ACD / Creative Director (Art-Based)
Dubai, UAE | Hybrid (3 Days WFH)

As we grow, we're looking for an ACD or Creative Director with an Art Direction backgroundsomeone who lives for craft, thrives on conceptual thinking, and wants to create world-class work in one of the most exciting creative markets on the rise.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the creative identity of a young, fast-growing shopand make your mark on campaigns that aim for international recognition.
What You'll Do:
- Lead visual and conceptual development across diverse brandsfrom QSR and FMCG to fintech and lifestyle
- Deliver polished, high-impact creative across platforms: film, digital, activations, and full-funnel campaigns
- Champion visual craftfrom early ideas and pitch decks to final production
- Present and sell work clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients
- Collaborate closely with strategy, influencer, production, and new business
- Take ownership of projects from start to finishwith minimal hand-holding
- Help us push for top creative awards and global-level recognition
Who You Are:
- An art-based ACD/CD with an award-winning portfolio and serious attention to craft
- Global in your thinking and ambitionwhether you're coming from North America, Europe, South Africa, or beyond
- Comfortable switching gears across formats, industries, and pitch work
- A conceptual and visual thinker who can build integrated campaigns alongside senior creative partners
- A collaborative leader who thrives in a high-performance, high-ambition team
- Culturally curious, entrepreneurial, and fluent in English
