About the Role
ALFIT Insurance is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our Transformation Office. This role is pivotal in driving strategic and tactical projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with ALFIT’s business goals and transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced project leader with strong governance and execution capabilities, adept at managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery. You will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, deliver business-critical outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Contribution & Alignment:- Align project objectives with ALFIT’s broader strategy.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, cost optimization, and service enhancements.
- Provide recommendations to senior leadership to guide business transformation.
- Oversee a portfolio of high-impact initiatives.
- Manage resource allocation, competing priorities, and strategic alignment.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with key stakeholders.
- Lead projects from initiation through closure.
- Develop project plans, define KPIs, manage risks, and adjust scope as necessary.
- Provide regular project updates and risk reports to the C-level executives.
- Process Review & Continuous Improvement
- Assess operational processes and recommend enhancements in collaboration with the COO.
- Implement best practices and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (including C-level executives) and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure transparency through presentations, reports, and regular status meetings.
- Reporting, Documentation & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure delivery of expected outcomes.

- Third-party service providers (e.g., IT vendors)
- Client decision-makers (for business development opportunities)

- Advisory role on project prioritization and business development strategy.
- Decision-making authority within assigned projects, including scope, resourcing, and execution plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 7–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in consulting or corporate strategy roles.
- Proven experience managing high-impact, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong command of project management tools, methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI), and software (MS Project, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of the insurance industry.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
