Job Description
Hays are excited to be partnering with one of the most significant Abu Dhabi Government Entities to recruit a Sustainability Consultant.
The client is responsible for assisting leadership in initiating strategic necessities across Abu Dhabi. Their stakeholders include Government and Semi-Government partners to enhance strategic planning, improve institutional performance, and oversee the implementation of high-impact programs and initiatives that support sustainable economic and social development.
Responsibilities
In this role, the candidate will contribute to the formulation and refresh of foundational, thematic, and long-term sustainability strategies as well as review and assess annual strategic plans submitted by Government Entities to ensure quality, alignment, and coherence, while also supporting the design and enhancement of performance monitoring frameworks, KPIs, indicators, and indices related to sustainability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in formulating strategies for Government entities.
- Experience working in a Government/Semi-Government entity, top strategy consulting firm or infrastructure planner.
- Strong knowledge of strategy frameworks and standards.
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
- Exposure in Public Sector planning and execution is significantly advantageous
