Job purpose
Ensure the smooth operation of testing center from a technological perspective as well as administration of all external (CPT, PET, Entry) tests which require coordination with other departments. Safeguard all test center venues by ensuring 100% HSE compliance in all areas.Administration of multiple computer software platforms to ensure data flow between different roles in testing center and other departments, both internal and external to the ATA.
Key accountabilities- Cambridge CPT test administrator (bookings, results, etc.)
- Cambridge PET test administrator (bookings, results, etc.)
- Moodle LMS administration (back-up role)
- Entry test administrator (bookings, results, etc.)
- Data administration through MS-Excel and other software platforms
- Collate records for tests and coordinate with SSD to confirm attendance validity.
- Assist in the enrolment and certificate claim of ACTVET diplomas.
- Integrate AI approaches to work and testing processes
- Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, and coordinating with other colleagues/departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head.
- Perform regular weekend duties related to Cambridge B1 tests, entry tests or data analysis.
- Act as a regularly scheduled test venue administrator as scheduled.
- Travel to ATA Al-Dhannah branch 3 times per 6 months (overnights)
Qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills
Minimum qualification- Higher diploma in relevant discipline (data science, computer science, business administration); Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three (3) years' experience in an administration role where use of multiple software platforms was a majority task.
- Advanced computer skills in MS-Excel
- Computer skills in other platforms: Moodle, MS-Word, LMS, TAMM
- AI skills
- Native or near native proficiency in English
