Due to market expansion, we're looking to recruit an experienced 360consultant to head of our office in Dubai. The role will reporting into the CEO, and the duties will include;Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Recruitment Consultant. role will be responsible for day-to-day recruitment activities, including client and candidate meetings, profile presentations, interview set up and prepping, offer management, and post placement meetings.This is a hybrid role with the main office located in Dubai, but also allows for flexibility to work remotely.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Experience in the Faade Designers and Project Managers industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
