Key Responsibilities

• Plan and launch comprehensive WhatsApp marketing campaigns using advanced tools such as Wati, Twilio, or DoubleTick to engage prospects and nurture leads
• Execute targeted email marketing campaigns through platforms like Instantly, Lemlist, or Mailchimp, optimizing for open rates and conversions
• Independently launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including strategic ad copy creation, precise audience targeting, A/B testing implementation, and comprehensive performance tracking

• Design compelling static creatives including WhatsApp flyers, social media carousels, and promotional banners using Canva or Adobe Photoshop
• Schedule and publish engaging content across Instagram and Facebook through Meta Business Suite, maintaining consistent brand messaging
• Coordinate closely with our web development team to ensure seamless alignment between landing pages and creative assets

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI
• Manage CRM tagging systems, implement UTM tracking protocols, and oversee automated follow-up sequences throughout the lead journey
• Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience launching and managing Meta Ads campaigns (beyond basic scheduling)
• Proven track record in executing WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns with measurable results
• Demonstrated experience managing Instagram content strategy and paid advertising campaigns
• Previous experience in a real estate company or property marketing is mandatory

• Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional multitasking abilities with superior time management and organizational skills
