Demand Planning, Forecast & Sales & Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Demand Planning, Forecast & S&OP Manager is responsible for leading the demand planning and forecasting process, ensuring alignment between commercial, supply chain, operations, finance, and procurement teams. The role drives forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to support business growth, service levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilitie

• gDevelop, manage, and continuously improve the demand forecasting process across all product categories and markets
• .Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotions, seasonality, and customer insights to generate accurate demand forecasts
• .Monitor forecast performance and implement corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast bias
• .Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams to gather market intelligence and demand assumptions

• nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
• .MBA or professional certifications (APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF CPF/CPM) preferred
• Experienc
• e7–10+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain, or S&OP
• .Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role
• .Experience within FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or Distribution industries is preferred
• Technical Skill
• sStrong knowledge of S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes
• .Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics
• .Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Anaplan
