As a Change Specialist, you will support the execution of change management, communications, training, and business readiness strategies to enable successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. The role partners closely with stakeholders and operates under Project Management Office (PMO) governance to build engagement, minimise resistance, and drive measurable adoption.

A key focus is defining, tracking, and reporting post-go-live KPIs to demonstrate impact and ensure sustained change.

In this role, you will
  • Implement change management and business readiness strategies to enable successful programme delivery, sustainable transformation, and adoption of new processes, procedures, and technologies
  • Design and deliver strategic communications across digital, print, multimedia, and live events to build awareness, drive engagement, and ensure alignment across change initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to define adoption KPIs, track engagement through dashboards and performance reports, and adapt approaches based on insights, feedback, and best practices
  • Support workforce engagement and capability building by evolving learning pathways and initiatives that promote a connected, future-ready workforce and a culture of continuous development
  • Work closely with the Learning & Talent function, providing subject matter expertise in the design of impactful learning solutions—including virtual learning products—that support change enablement, ensuring alignment with Group learning governance, processes, and standards
  • Collaborate with communities of change agents to execute change plans, deliver agreed outcomes, and sustain business engagement through ongoing collaboration, feedback, and the application of corporate best practices

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years’ experience in Information Technology/Change Management
  • Proven experience delivering change and transformation initiatives within large organisations, using structured project and change management methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent change initiatives in complex environments
  • Proven capability to build trust, accountability, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience coaching leaders and teams through change
  • Ability to quickly understand business needs, organisational challenges, and new concepts
  • Demonstrated experience delivering change within digital transformation, technology, or system implementations
  • Strong understanding of the people, process, and business impacts of digital solutions
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience designing and delivering training and adoption campaigns for digital tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define, track, and analyse adoption KPIs
  • Proficiency with collaboration and digital engagement tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Miro, Power BI)
You’ll have an edge if you have
  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification
  • Experience in change advocacy/fast-paced/technology-driven environments
