Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in utilities to lead and oversee large-scale projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring over 20 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.

• Lead end-to-end project management activities across utilities projects
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with quality, scope, and budget requirements
• Supervise and coordinate project execution, including internal teams and external stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and delays
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across project processes

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the utilities sector (e.g., water, power, energy, infrastructure)
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 is a plus)
• Must currently hold a valid UAE Golden Visa or Freelance Visa
• Willing to work onsite in Abu Dhabi for the duration of the contract

• Experience working on projects within the Middle East, particularly UAE
• Strong understanding of utilities infrastructure and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
