Site Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced civil site engineer with a strong background in real estate development projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects within approved timelines and budgets.

• Supervise and monitor construction activities at the site.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Sharjah Municipality and local authority regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained.
• Manage material approvals and site documentation.
• Assist in project cost control and budget monitoring.
• Support the handover process and final snagging.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years UAE experience with a real estate developer.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise residential/ commercial projects.
• Familiar with Sharjah Municipality approvals (preferred).
• Strong project coordination and site management skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working directly with developers (not only contracting firms).
• Knowledge of project planning tools.
• Strong understanding of BOQ and contract management.
