We are seeking a visionary design architect to join our team in Jeddah. As a design architect, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs for various projects while ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional architectural designs that meet client requirements and project objectives
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to understand design goals and constraints
• Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software
• Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with building codes
• Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions into architectural projects
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to the overall growth of the design team
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to deliver cutting-edge designs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal writing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution
• 2 years of experience as a design architect, with a focus on innovative and sustainable design
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards, particularly in Saudi Arabia
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for reviewing and refining architectural drawings
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of architectural design
