Employment: Full Time

Job Description

Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees, contractors, and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental awareness throughout the organization.

Food Safety Training: Provide food safety training to culinary team members and those who are dealing with food services.

Safety Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of facilities and equipment to identify non-compliance issues and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze HSE performance data, preparing reports and presenting key findings to management to drive continuous improvement and corrective action.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and management, to promote a cohesive HSE approach across the organization. Communicate HSE initiatives, goals, and performance updates to stakeholders.

Monthly Dashboards: Prepare monthly dashboards for all audits conducted in the month and share in management meetings.

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science.
  • Relevant certifications in HSE.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HSE roles within the hospitality industry or related fields.
  • Qualified auditor and fully aware of audit techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey HSE concepts and requirements clearly to a diverse audience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Proficient in using HSE software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared HSE objectives.
  • Maintain accurate health and safety records.
  • Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.
