Drive the development of an innovative B2C and B2B web application. You'll be instrumental in shaping technical vision, fostering a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and user-centric solutions.This hands-on leadership role requires a strong background in PHP (Laravel) and React.js, coupled with a deep understanding of modern web development practices.

Description- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented software engineers.
- Drive the architectural design and technical roadmap for our web application.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product performance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Lead or Senior Software Engineer in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in PHP, with extensive experience using the Laravel framework.
- Proficiency in React.js and modern front-end development practices.
- Demonstrable experience building and scaling B2C and B2B web applications.
- Solid understanding of database design and optimization (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
